Terms and Conditions

By using the website www.finsof.mx of GRUPO PATRIMONIAL PROGRESO FIRME, S.A.P.I. de C.V.,
"FINSOF," you accept the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are in addition to
any other agreement you may have with FINSOF.

DEFINITIONS

User: Applicants who use, browse, or request to become part of our platform.
Loan agreement: A document created by FINSOF that standardizes the terms and conditions
for operations with clients. These terms are non-negotiable.
Account: The client's personal account on the platform to manage their operations.
Funds: Money contributed by the client to operate on the platform.
Client: An individual or entity that contributes money in a private capital scheme with
FINSOF seeking a rate of return.
Portal: Mobile application in app stores (Android and iOS).
Services: Mobile application in app stores (Android and iOS).
Applicant: An individual or legal entity that wishes to establish a contractual relationship through FINSOF.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND PRIVACY:

By accessing and using the Portal, you are presumed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms
and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the mobile application. All content, brands, logos, text, images, sound, and any other element belonging to the
Portal is the property of FINSOF or is protected under the law, unless otherwise indicated.

USES AND RESTRICTIONS
Use of the Portal implies your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. FINSOF reserves
the right to limit or restrict access to the Portal. The services and content are the sole responsibility of the user, who must use them in accordance with the law and good practices.

The following is prohibited:

Using the Portal for illegal or immoral activities or activities that infringe the rights of third parties.
Copying, modifying, or using the content for commercial purposes without prior consent.
Damaging or interfering with the functionality of the Portal.
Harassing or collecting information from other users without their consent.
Any violation of these terms may result in legal action and the termination of your access to the Portal.

Please read carefully and make sure you fully understand these terms before
using the Portal.

SECURITY MEASURES

As a user, it is vital that you understand and accept the security measures implemented by
FINSOF:

Autonomy of FINSOF: This entity, regulated by the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit
, has the authority to establish and adapt the security measures it deems
appropriate for its Electronic Systems, Electronic Signature, and related communications
regarding Banking Services. By using its services, you confirm your agreement with such measures.

Prevention and Legislation: In accordance with current regulations, FINSOF collects data to
prevent acts or transactions that may be linked to illicit activities as
established in articles 139, 148 Bis, and 400 Bis of the Federal Criminal Code.

Communications: FINSOF will never request confidential data through unauthorized means.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE USER

Use strong passwords of at least 8 alphanumeric characters (including symbols and numbers) and update them regularly.
Avoid accessing your accounts from public places or shared devices.
If you forget or lose your login credentials, follow these steps:
1. Click on "Forgot your password".
2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
3. In your email, find and click the reset link.
4. Set and confirm your new password, then click "Save changes".
5. Technical Access Requirements

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The intellectual property rights regarding the services and content and the distinctive
signs and domains of the Portal, as well as the rights to use and exploit them,
including, by way of example, their disclosure, publication, reproduction, commercialization,
exploitation, distribution, and transformation, are the exclusive property of FINSOF.

All content displayed or available through the Portal is protected by the legislation of
the United Mexican States and by international laws on the matter. The User does not acquire
any intellectual property right by the mere use of the services and content of the
Portal, and at no time will such use be considered an authorization or license to
use the services and content for purposes other than those contemplated in these
Terms, Conditions of Use, and Access to the Portal.

The User agrees that the provisions set forth in the preceding paragraph regarding the
ownership of FINSOF's rights are also applicable to the rights of third parties
regarding the services and content of the pages linked to the Portal. The content of this Portal may not be reproduced in whole or in part, displayed, modified, recorded,
copied, shown, disclosed, transmitted, distributed, published, printed, sold, granted under
any type of license, cited, or used to create a derivative work or for any other purposes, except with the prior written authorization of FINSOF.

SERVICES PROVIDED BY FINSOF

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the operations that may be carried out through
the Portal shall be governed by the terms and conditions set forth in the respective contract, which
the User formalizes or has formalized with FINSOF, prior to the authorization of access
to the transactional section of the Portal. In accordance with the Securities Market Law, FINSOF
cannot assume any obligation to guarantee returns, nor be responsible for the
losses that the user may suffer as a result of the operations arranged
under the Securities Market Law itself.

AVAILABILITY

FINSOF will make all reasonable efforts to try to guarantee the
availability and accessibility of the Portal twenty-four hours a day, every day of the year;
if you detect any anomaly, please notify us at contacto@finsof.mx. However, the
provision of new connections, addressing changes, and updating of necessary maintenance
operations that, in general, involve the suspension of access to or use
of the Portal may cause interruptions for the time necessary to undertake such
tasks. FINSOF may provide or make available to the User various services,
information, and content through the Portal, or via links to other Internet sites, whether
directly or indirectly by various providers unrelated to FINSOF.

However, FINSOF cannot guarantee the availability and continuity of the operation of the
Portal, nor the usefulness of the Portal or the services contained in relation to any specific
activity. FINSOF shall not be liable for any damage or loss of any nature that
may be caused due to the lack of availability or continuity of operation of the Portal and/or
of the services contained therein. FINSOF shall not, in any way, be liable to the User or
third parties for damages and/or losses related to the use or inability to use the
services provided by the Portal or through the Portal, or for any error, delay, omission, or
inaccuracy of the information or in its sending or transmission, loss or damage caused by
inconsistency, malfunction or failure to function, interruption of the information, whether due to a
voluntary or involuntary act or omission of FINSOF, acts of God or force majeure beyond the control
thereof, labor problems, accidents, governmental provisions, communications,
failures in the electrical power supply, technical problems, interruption of communication
systems, failures in the operation of computer systems, computer equipment, or in
the system itself, and for any other cause beyond the control of FINSOF, any of its
members, or its providers or transmitters. Customer service through
